Pour your favorite Italian dressing into a resealable plastic bag and place chicken pieces inside. Seal bag and shake to cover; refrigerate at least an hour but 24 hours or more for the most flavor.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, remove chicken pieces and discard marinade. Place pieces in a lightly-greased 9x13 pan and cook for an hour or until the juices run clear. Turn at least once while cooking.
Or combine a half-cup bread crumbs, a quarter-cup grated Parmesan, and an eighth-teaspoon of salt in a bowl. Dip chicken pieces in your favorite bottled Italian dressing, then dredge in bread crumb mixture and place on a lightly-greased pan. Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then spray with cooking spray and cook another 10 minutes or until done.
Or, arrange chicken pieces in a shallow baking dish and simply pour your favorite Italian dressing over the top until the bottom of the dish is covered. Cook at 350 for 35 minutes or until done.
