Rub chicken pieces with olive oil and preheat a grill. Combine one teaspoon cumin, a half-teaspoon salt and a quarter-teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper and rub into chicken pieces.
Grill 4-5 minutes a side or until done. Serve with coleslaw.
